How do you cope with stress?

Stress is literally a killer. Peaked cortisol levels, dropped immunity, severed relationships. It's so important to be able to notice the signs of stress and to be able to manage them for yourself.

Personally? I connect with people I care about. I go for a walk or an intense work out. I try my best to manage my sleep routine and ensure I'm keeping my nutrition in check. What do you do to take care of yourself?
